Standard Sequencing
Sequencing samples are run on the facility's Applied Biosystems Inc. ABI 3730 DNA Analyzer. ABI 3730 uses a four-color dye system to provides 600-900 bases usable sequence data for each reaction. which allows maximum flexibility for reading length and sample numbers. |

Ready to run samples

Note:
In general, higher DNA quantity giver higher signal intensity, the amount of PCR Product to use in sequencing will also depend on the length and purity of the PCR product. Please make sure that your samples are free of protein and free of salt. which would severely affect the sequence readout quality. We strongly recommend to wash your samples twice with 70% ethanol to remove the salts completely. |

Primer walking
You provide us with the template DNA. We will sequence one strand of the entire insert. You will receive the completed sequence with all the primers synthesized for the process. |

| Please provide us with as much information as possible about the plasmid/insert (Plasmid name, size, cloning sites, priming sites etc.) |

| Sequencing rate is 1kb/week. We would email you the tracing report to follow the progress of the available sequences while completed sequence and electropherogram will be delivered the day after the full completion. To facilitate processing of samples, please fill out the Sequencing Order Form completely. |
