Protein MW Marker,Mid-Range
The Mid Rang Protein is the mixture of 6 purified proteins with known molecular weight.The proteins resolve into sharp,tight bands in the range of 14.4kD when analyzed by SDS-PAGE and stained with Coomassie Blue.The protiens and sizes are:

Prestained Protein Marker
Prestains standards are used in SDS-PAGE and western blotting application.They allow continuous monitoring of protein separations during electrophoresis and also provide a quick and easy way to assess boltting efficiency.Prestains standards can be used as a control for repetitive blotting experiments,or in locating proteins for excision from unstained preparative gels.Prestains standards are provides preblended in a stable sample buffer.no reconstitution or further dilution is necessary before use. The glycerol content of the buffer prevents the proteins from freezing solid at -20℃,eliminating freeze/thaw degradation and the need to aliquot. Instructions are provided with each vial. |

Recommended Procedure：
Take out the standards from refrigerator, and thaw. Do not boil. For western blotting, apply approximately 5 μl of standards per well in mini-gel, or 10 μl of standards per well in full length-gel. For visual aid, apply approximately 10-15 μl of standards per well in mini-gel, or 20-30 μl of standards per well in full length-gel. |
