| BCA™ Protein Assay Kit |
Description: The BCA Protein Assay is a detergent-compatible formulation based on bicinchoninic acid (BCA) for the colorimetric detection and quantitation of total protein.
Applications: Used for protein determination from various materials.
Features:The BCA assay is more sensitive and applicable than either biuret or Lowry procedures. In addition, it has less variability than the Bradford assay. The BCA assay has many advantages over other protein determination techniques:
· It is easy to use.
· The color complex is stable.
· There is less susceptibility to detergents.
· It is applicable over a broad range of protein concentrations
Storage: Store Reagents A and B at room temperature. Reagent A, without Reagent B added, is stable for at least one year at room temperature in a closed container. The BCA Working Reagent (Reagent A mixed with Reagent B) is stable for one day. Store the Protein Standard at 2–8 C. |

| Bradford Protein Assay Kit |
Description: The Bradford assay is a protein determination method that involves the binding of Coomassie Brilliant Blue G-250 dye to proteins (Bradford 1976). The dye exists in three forms: cationic (red), neutral (green), and anionic (blue) (Compton and Jones 1985). Under acidic conditions, the dye is predominantly in the doubly protonated red cationic form (Amax = 470 nm). However, when the dye binds to protein, it is converted to a stable unprotonated blue form (Amax = 595 nm) (Reisner et al. 1975, Fazekes de St. Groth et al. 1963, Sedmack and Grossberg 1977). It is this blue protein-dye form that is detected at 595 nm in the assay using a spectrophotometer or microplate reader.
Applications: Use for protein determination from various materials.
Features:Simple for using;-Sensitive for determine the protein sample;-Advoid the background interference

| UltraECL Western Blot Detection System |
Description:UltraECL Western Blot Detection System is designed based on the new generation enhanced chemiluminescence substrate, used to detect the result of western blot experiment.
Principle: It is a light emitting non-radioactive method for detection of immobilized specific antigens through horseradish peroxidase-labeled antibodies. The HRP (horseradish peroxidase) bound to an antibody induce chemilluminescence which can be detected on X-ray film. It’s rinciples is that hydroxide ion (OH-) generated by horseradish peroxidase in aprotic media result in transition of luminol to 3’-aminophthalate, which induce emission of 425-510nm light. The X-ray film exposed to the light show a specific protein band.
Features& Benefits: Very simple step, which consist of reaction detection solution, membrane blot and exposure to X-ray film;High sensitivity, 10 times higher than traditional ECL reagent;Economical.
Storage:The reagent have a 1 year shelf life at Room Temperature. |
