Rapid DNA Ligation Kit

Features:
High Efficiency:Facilitates high-efficiency ligations for cohesive, blunt-end, and TA cloning. Convenient:One solution premix eliminates pipetting steps, and the reaction mixture can be used directly in transformations without purification.
Fast: Reactions can be perfomed in either 30 min at 16°C or 10 min at 22°C, depending on DNA ends used.
Small volumes:Ten microliter reactions possible.
Storage: It is stable for at least one year at room temperature except for T4 DNA ligase storage at -20℃

A-Tailing Kit
Description: The Poly(A) Tailing Kit is a set of reagents designed to add a poly(A) tail to blunt-ended DNA which cut by endonuclease or polymerize by proof-reading polymerases. This is accomplished using Taq Polymerase and dATP. The resulting tailed DNA can then be used in T/A clone or analysis.
Features:
·  For T/A clone and analysis from various materials.
·  Rapid and economical. Entire procedure takes 5 minutes.
·  The special dATP blend is the unequal mixture of 4 kinds of dNTP. So the un-finished polymerize product could be added poly(A) tail by this kit as well as blunt-ended DNA.
Storage:Store at -20℃ for at least 6 months

pTG19-T PCR product cloning vector
Description: pTG19-T vector is designed to directly clone PCR products with a overhang dA residue at 3’ end produced by Taq DNA polymerase, or other polymerases. This vector is derived from pTG19R, and it has all the feature of pTZ19 except the sequence of multiple clone site. MCS .
Applications: 1. Cloning PCR products.2. Blue/white screening for recombinants.3. Confirming the white clone with unique restriction endonuclease BamHI..4. Sequencing the insert with universal primer M13 forward primer, M13 reverse primer or T7 promoter primer.5. using for construction of unidirectional nested deletions.6. In vitro transcription from T7 promoter.

Sequence of control primers:
Forward primer: 5’- TTGTCGATTGTTCACTTACACCGC-3’
Reverse primer: 5’- TTGTCGATTTTCAGGTTATGCCGC-3’
The amplification primers were used to amplify a control product and can not be used to sequence inserts in pTG19-T vector.
The Xl1-blue cell is not competent cell and it can not used for transformation. But it can be used to prepare competent cell.
